Company

We got tired of paying enterprise prices
for simple problems.

Skyline is built by a small, self-funded team who were doing this paperwork ourselves — chasing signatures, reconciling bank statements — before we decided to build something better.

Why we started

The paperwork problem was ours first.

Before Skyline, we were the ones stuck re-sending contracts that got lost in someone's inbox, paying for e-signature tools that charged enterprise rates for a feature we used twice a week, and manually retyping bank statements into QuickBooks because the PDF export never matched what accounting software actually needed.

None of that was a market opportunity to us — it was Tuesday. So we built the tool we actually wanted to use, then kept building until it covered the rest of the workflow: sending a contract, getting it signed, catching a risky clause before it goes out, and closing the books at the end of the month.

Skyline is self-funded. We didn't take outside money to build it, which means we're not optimizing for what a board wants to see next quarter — we're building for the people using it every day.

What we believe

Simple to use.
Serious where it counts.

Plain language, always

If a feature needs a glossary to explain it, we've done something wrong. Everything in Skyline is named for what it does.

Do the job, then get out of the way

No feature bloat, no forced upsells, no five-click menus for a two-click task.

Your documents are yours

Bank statements processed through Skyline Convert never touch our servers. Completed contracts are yours to keep, always.

Built for how you actually work

Not how software vendors imagine you work. We build for real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, and brokers — not enterprise legal departments.

What we built

Two products.
One reason: less friction.

Skyline Portal

Send a contract, collect a legally binding signature, and let AI flag risky clauses before anything goes out. Built for agents, lawyers, and brokers who send documents every day, not once a quarter.
