FAQ

Common questions

What file formats are supported?

Skyline Convert reads CSV, PDF, QBO, OFX, and QIF files as input, and exports to QBO, OFX, IIF, or CSV — whichever format your accounting software expects.

Does this work with QuickBooks Desktop or Online?

Both. QBO and IIF exports import cleanly into QuickBooks Desktop, and QBO/OFX files work with QuickBooks Online's bank feed import.

Which banks are supported?

Skyline Convert handles statements from Canada's major banks — RBC, TD, Scotiabank, CIBC, BMO, National Bank, and Desjardins — plus Amex, including credit card statements.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Your statement is processed entirely in your browser — it's never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
